Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Pixel Paper Store may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please share your order number along with clear pictures or a video showing the issue. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a shopping voucher equal to the original value of the product. The voucher will remain valid for 30 days and can be used toward your next purchase from Pixel Paper Store.
For exchanges requested due to a change of mind, including Cash on Delivery orders, the customer will be responsible for the return and replacement delivery charges. If the wrong, damaged or faulty product was sent by Pixel Paper Store, the related delivery charges will be covered by us.
Used, written-on, damaged or incomplete products cannot be exchanged. Customised or personalised products are also non-exchangeable unless they arrive faulty, damaged or different from the confirmed order.

Domestic Orders: Pixel Paper Store delivers orders across Pakistan within 3–5 working days.
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for free nationwide delivery.
International Orders: International orders are usually delivered within 8–12 working days. International shipping charges may vary depending on the destination.
